Joanna Parlak serves as the Office Administrator at Bethany First Church. With neaarly 20 years fo experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, along with time spent in the insurance field, she developed strong communication, administrative and organizational skills. Born in Poland and raised in Connecticut, Joanna immigrated to the United States as a young child. That early experience shaped her appreciation for perserverance, stability and the importance of community. She resides in Prospect with her significant other Ron and her daughter Casidee. Outside of the church office, Joanna and her family raise a small flock of hens for fresh eggs and feathery cuddles. Spending much of her time outdoors, she has a strong passion for nature, foraging wild plants and expanding her backyard garden.
