Sunday School Mission Statement

Know, Love, Serve

      The purpose of our Sunday School is to help young people come to know, to love, and to serve God as revealed in Jesus Christ.
      To develop knowledge about God and Jesus we provide opportunities for participation, exploration, and connections in, of, and among stories, lessons, and experiences of our biblical heritage at appropriate stages in each child¹s development.
      We believe the love of God is experienced through warm and caring relationships in home, church, and community and we work to promote those relationships.
      We honor the gifts with which each of us have been blessed and explore options for using those gifts to connect with the larger community and help others as we serve God.
      Thus through a developing process of relationships, instruction, and involvement, Christian faith is nurtured.
